Andrew Buchanan-Hughes – Regional Manager

As Regional Manager for Priority Management Perth since 2002, Andy has led the team and the organisation to exceptional growth through a strong network of strategic partnerships, friends, and mentors, to develop long-term relationships with individuals and organisations.


With strong values around providing excellent customer service, Andy has facilitated Priority Management Perth’s ability to offer their clients a complete training and implementation process to help solve many of the challenges faced by businesses in today’s demanding work world.


With over 40 years of experience in sales and customer service, Andy is a wealth of knowledge in Customer Service Excellence, ensuring a positive experience for every client both with his team and Priority’s training programs. Pair that with just being one of the nicest people you'll ever meet, and you can't help but have a wonderful learning experience with Priority Management Perth!

Jenine Buchanan-Hughes – Finance & Accounts

    After many years working as a Research Scientist and Sales Specialist in the Science field, Jenine took on the role of Accounts and HR for Priority Perth in 2010.  Jenine is involved in all aspects of Priority’s Accounts and helps with Workshop Administration.


    Her part-time work with Priority Management is balanced with her tennis schedule, domestic goddess duties, and co-builder of a balanced life with her partner and husband, Andy.

    Beth started with Priority Perth way back in 2004, not long after attending a Priority Manager program her employer sent her on. Beth loved our program and inquired about working with us - and the rest is history!


    Beth worked with us until 2010, taking a break to pursue full-time study, and re-joined us in 2018. We love her passion for helping people and wanting to be involved in everything, hence her office title of “coordinator of gossip”. Beth’s organisational skills, attention to detail and customer service focus is one of the reasons our office continues to be successful over the years.

    A graduate herself of Priority's WorkingSm@rt programs, Danielle has been a Facilitator and Coach with Priority Management since 2005, and has 10 years experience in the busy Perth building industry.

    Danielle regularly facilitates workshops and coaches individuals on productivity, project planning and Best-Practice email behaviours at some of WA’s leading businesses, including BHP, Chevron, Thyssen Krupp, Talison Lithium and Rio Tinto. She has trained and coached over 3000 individuals across all levels and departments, in various locations around Western Australia and overseas.

    Danielle is currently utilising ALL her Priority skills to balance her work and family commitments; including raising two daughters with her husband, and playing the oboe, flute and piccolo in the WA Symphonic Wind Ensemble (though usually not at the same time).

    Andy and Richard have known each other since Richard’s arrival in Australia some 20 years ago. He has always been that person who is the life of the party and makes you feel welcomed whenever you’re around. Richard ran a successful business in Perth for years and when we spoke in 2019 about him wanting to get out of his business, when asked if there was an opportunity for him to join our team, the answer was “Yes!” and our business has not looked back since. Richard came on as a business development manager, bringing new clients on board and developing great relationships with our existing customers.

    Samuel brings a fresh, analytical approach to our Perth team. Sam’s background is in marketing, having established his own successful digital marketing business in 2019. Outside of work, Sam has enjoyed taking his sporting pursuits to international competition level, and lives and breathes a balanced hybrid work life. He is a valuable member of our business development team, keeping everyone on their toes with his innovations, whilst developing solid relationships with his customers.
